Newark Works has been ‘Highly Commended’ in the LABC 2023 Building Excellence Awards! These accolades recognise projects that go the extra mile to ensure buildings are built safely and are considered an exemplar in Building Regulations compliance.
Fantastic to see recognition of the creative re-use of a Grade II Listed building, particularly one that was in such poor condition at the outset. After a radical programme of repair and adaptation, Newark Works is now home for a vibrant community of businesses, under the creative vision of our long-term friends TCN UK. Well done to all involved!
