The handover of Building 4 marks the completion of the final phase of our Newark Works development in Bath.

FMA’s involvement with the award-winning Newark Works creative workspace project started in 2018 with Buildings 1-3 completing in 2022, and is now home to a vibrant community of creative businesses. Building 4 is the final piece of the jigsaw and we were delighted to be invited to the opening launch event hosted by our client, TCN UK. Working alongside Emery Brothers, MEA, Integral and Jones King; the long-time derelict industrial unit has been transformed into vibrant, modern, open-plan offices that are ready for occupation.

The Grade II listed former crane making factories were home to Stothert & Pitt from the 1850’s until 1989 and have since been reinvented as a significant landmark on the Bath waterfront to the southwest of Bath Spa train station. We wish TCN the best of luck with the future of the building and FMA are excited to continue our working relationship on other projects in the region.
