FMA are thrilled that our Newark Works project in Bath was crowned Winner of Best Commercial Development at the Bath Property Awards 2022! This is a wonderful achievement for all involved – especially for Client TCN UK who had the vision, patience, and perseverance to take on such a challenging project and bring these fantastic derelict buildings a new lease of life. Congratulations to all of the other finalists and winners, and a big thank you to the judges!
The building has reached Practical Completion and is having the finishing touches and will be open soon.
