We celebrate over 15 years of transformational work at Millbay, Plymouth with the completion of the £30million Quadrant Wharf development – the latest phase in the mixed-use regeneration scheme delivered by The English Cities Fund.
After creating the masterplan that included 900 dwellings, a hotel, leisure-retail space, school and offices, we went on to complete the office and residential developments at Cargo 1, Cargo 2 and Quadrant Wharf. This latest phase provides a mix of stunning one, two and three-bedroom apartments and split-level homes, providing much-needed housing, reinvigorating the docklands area and creating a vibrant community.
The development has been recognised with a double shortlisting in the Insider South West Property Awards.
