Phase four of the regeneration project transforming the redundant dock area at Millbay, Plymouth.
Quadrant Wharf delivers a further 137 apartments and maisonettes fronting onto the Quay and West Hoe Road.
The apartments have a contemporary design following on from the completed developments of Cargo 1, Cargo 2 and Quadrant Quay. With apartments designed to maximise the sea views as well as actively address the streets.
The acclaimed landscape design of “garden rooms” is continued from Quadrant Quay along quayside to enliven the public realm of the waters edge. Detailed planning consent was granted in the spring of 2016 and the construction of the apartments completed in November 2020.
