Quadrant Wharf makes the shortlist

We are delighted that Quadrant Wharf has been shortlisted for Large Residential Development of the Year in the Insider Media South West Property Awards 2021. It is the latest phase of English Cities Fund regeneration of the Millbay area of Plymouth delivering 137 homes and the extension of the public quayside on East Quay.

Millbay we be at the heart of the SailGP in July and the quayside will be the perfect place to view the boats.
