FMA have been appointed by Coreus Group to develop the brief and feasibility proposals for repairs and enhancements of key listed buildings including the Grade I listed Hall Place within the grounds of land-based specialist college Berkshire College of Agriculture.

The proposals balance heritage issues with improving the functionality and long-term sustainability of the buildings to benefit the students and college.
