FMA have been working with a private client on refurbishing a Victorian villa in Bristol which has undergone various alterations over the years and lost a lot of its original charm by being split up into three self-contained flats. The proposals set to transform the villa back to a family home with a self-contained lower ground flat.

During these works we will be restoring the house back to it’s former glory by opening up the internal spaces to the intended proportions and reinstating original features of the house, as well as replacing modern extensions with a more appropriate design which will compliment the main house and surroundings.

It’s amazing to see the difference the opening up works have made already, restoring the grand entrance hall and a large kitchen and dining area which will open out onto a terrace and the garden beyond – we can’t wait to see more progress on this one!
