FMA have submitted detailed Planning and Listed Building Consent applications for the conversion of the Grade II Listed Hangar 16U, part of YTL’s new Brabazon district in Filton.
This project enables the transformation of the Hangar into a mix of new uses: a café/kitchen and library space on split levels, introducing a new social hub, with a fitness suite and flexible activity rooms for health, wellbeing, learning, and play. The building will sit alongside a 15-acre park with playgrounds, woods, and a new public square.
