The FMA office enjoyed a site visit to our Newark Works project for client TCN UK this week, followed by a picnic in the sun on the Bath Quays waterside. It was great to see the scheme coming together now that the workspaces are taking shape. The development is a real exemplar of creative re-use and retrofit first. It’s what we have been doing for years, making best use of our existing resources whilst crafting fantastic spaces with amazing character.
