St Philip & St James Church in Cheltenham has been augmented with a community hub.
Delivered by FMA, the project adds new glazed and timber clad pods, providing meeting rooms, office space and food service. The works provide a new offering to the neighbourhood: improving accessibility, flexibility of use and fitting a new underfloor heating system.
Reverend Nick Davies from the church said in a BBC article covering the works;
“We wanted a space that could be used seven days a week, not only by our worshipping congregation but also by our neighbourhood. For generations, churches have been at the heart of their local community and the investment which we have made in this building will ensure that this one will continue to be so for generations to come.”
Ferguson Mann have been delighted to assist the church in delivering the project. For further details, click here.
