FMA are delighted that the refurbishment works of the ground floor Riverside units in Keynsham are set to commence.
We have worked closely with B&NES to bring the vacant units into active use in support of the regeneration of the town centre. The refurbishment proposals include the creation of new dance spaces and accessible changing facilities, complimented by limited demolition to preserve as much of the original fabric as possible. The proposals are also designed to preserve existing features such as archways and columns.
We have enjoyed working closely with Skeletal Engineering and Method Consulting and look forward to seeing the proposals come to life.
