FMA have received Listed Building Consent for structural and architectural repairs to units 1 & 2 of the Grade II Listed Orange Grove terrace in Bath.
The scheme will restore the 18th Century terrace that has suffered from years of water ingress, resulting in damage to the timber structure and external render. The restoration of the structure, fabric, fittings and services will enable the premises to be brought back into beneficial use as retail units.
