FMA’s mixed use development of the historic Scala cinema site in Bath has reached completion! The scheme consists of two new build residential buildings, as well as the restoration and extension of the 1920s Scala cinema building, which will accommodate student residential and commercial uses, including a dance studio. The scheme delivers a total of 105 new residential and student residential units constructed in timber frame with a discreet array of rooftop PVs.
The development has enabled the revitalisation of the locally listed heritage asset and provides much-needed new accommodation on a previously underused car park site.
