Fantastic to see Brooks Dye Works in St Werburghs a winner at the Bristol Civic Society 2023 Design Awards.
FMA have had long-term involvement with this complicated site from 2008-16. We led the masterplan design and successfully obtained Planning Consent for the redevelopment of the former Brooks Dye Works into over 100 new homes and retention of the fantastic Victorian industrial chimney; a project subsequently delivered by Acorn Property Group and Galliard Homes. The finished result is looking great! Congrats to all involved.
