FMA have received Planning and Listed Building Consent for the conversion of the Grade II Listed Hangar 16U, part of YTL Developments thriving new neighbourhood at Brabazon in North Bristol.
The scheme will transform the hangar into a mix of new uses, creating a new social hub for the new community at Brabazon. Split over two levels, the building will house a café, kitchen, activity spaces and library; spaces for health, fitness, and wellbeing; learning, education and play. The building will sit alongside the 15-acre Brabazon Park that includes playgrounds, mature trees, walking and cycling paths and a 3-acre lake.
