FMA are thrilled to welcome Theo to the team! Theo previously worked for almost three years at a specialist conservation practice in Wales, working on a Grade II listed Scheduled Monument and the retrofit of multiple listed buildings. During this time, Theo also completed his studies to qualify as an architect. He is already making use of this specialist knowledge on a project involving the restoration and conversion of a Grade I listed building.
