FMA have received planning approval to renovate an existing commercial building in the historic city centre of Bath. The stone building, situated in the Bath City Conservation Area is surrounded by Grade II listed buildings and is a short distance from the Roman Baths, giving a certain significance to the site. The proposal seeks to bring improved retail and other commercial space to the city centre.
