Following our 10-year involvement in the conservation of Grade II* Listed, Castle House on behalf of The SAVE Trust, the property has been sold and is now entering the next phase in its history. The property is of major architectural and historical significance, being one of the earliest surviving examples of the use of prefabricated and reinforced concrete.
It has also recently been shortlisted for the RICS Social Impact Awards 2020 (in the Heritage category) and the building is acquiring its own bespoke version of the blue plaque.
