We have been continuing our work on upgrading historic industrial sites, this time for Bradshaw Property Trading Ltd at the Hyde in Brighton. Constructed in the 1950s, the factories at the Hyde were designed to provide relief to the congested areas in the centre of town but today are in a state of disrepair.

FMA’s proposals aim to give the Hyde a modern look by upgrading the existing fabric, sub-dividing the internal spaces and adding painted super-graphics to define the different businesses. Cohesion is created between the unit facades through an integrated colour palette.
