As a curtain raiser to the Acanthus Conference 2018, six delegates cycled from Cardiff to Swansea last Friday evening in time for the opening event in the Marina. FMA Director Roger Goodliff (second right) is pictured here with the other riders who covered over 50 miles and crossed the Bwlch mountain in South Wales.

This year’s very successful conference was attended by over 60 architects from across the UK and included interesting talks on the proposed Swansea Bay Tidal Lagoon, Swansea heritage and future projects and the work of architect Chris Loyn.
