Following the recent planning submission, FMA have been preparing the Tender pack for the fit-out of two empty commercial units on Temple Street in Keynsham on behalf of our client BANES. The scheme is set to include a new pilates and dance studio, along with a vacant unit ready for a tenant to move in!

The project also involves work to improve the future operation of the building and to minimise the carbon impact through the upgrading of the thermal performance, upgrading the curtain walling to improve U-Values and retaining as much of the existing building as possible.
