Roger joined the practice in 1998 having worked in London since 1985 with Jeremy Dixon, Edward Jones and others as well as working in his own right. Roger initially trained in building management before studying architecture. He specialises in master planning residential and mixed-use schemes – many have won regional and national design awards. Masterplanning work includes Bristol Venice, Cribbs Urban Village and a masterplan for St Phillips in Bristol. Residential projects include Lakeshore for Urban Splash and St John Reade apartments both in Bristol. Recent mixed-use schemes include Millbay for English Cities Fund and The Paintworks for Verve. Other projects include Zerodegrees and Simplyhealth offices both in Bristol and The Lockleaze Community Sports Centre north of Bristol. Roger is also a board member of Acanthus Architects.
