The Millbay Regeneration Scheme will see the existing disused docks area near the centre of Plymouth become a vibrant mixed-use waterfront destination and one of the most important large scale redevelopment projects in the UK.

The scheme includes 900 dwellings, a hotel, leisure-retail space, school, offices, parking and a new boulevard that connects the city centre to the waterfront at Millbay.

At its heart is a new marina occupying the Inner Basin and around which active ground floor uses enrich the public realm.

Outline planning approval for the masterplan was granted in 2015.
