Detailed planning application for the redevelopment of a redundant 19th Century laundry site in St Werburghs in the heart of Bristol, delivering 105 new homes (86 houses and 19 apartments) and 10,000ft2 of commercial space.

The masterplan demonstrates the best ‘Place Making’ principles showing how the site can be seamlessly reintegrated into the surrounding urban grain embracing the integration of the previously ignored Mina Park. It also introduces sustainable pedestrian and cycle routes along with an improved vehicle management strategy for the area.
