Our pioneering and award-winning Lodge Street scheme in 1980, which brought urban living back to the heart of Bristol, acted as a catalyst to become involved in masterplanning to deliver transformational change to fractured, dysfunctional parts of our city.

Masterplanning formally emerged as a practice discipline in the late 1990’s with the masterplanning of Canons Marsh, the subsequent delivery of Millennium Square and the associated public spaces of Anchor Square, Anchor Place and the 550 space underground car park.

Our strong track record continues, for example, with our work on delivering the large regeneration masterplan at Millbay.
