The conservation and regeneration of a Grade I Listed 15th Century inn into a new hotel and dining accommodation.

The principal works included the repair of historic fabric, bringing the derelict secondary ranges back into use and the adaptation of the main range for lodging.

Great care was taken to introduce facilities, services and fire precautions without detrimental physical or aesthetic impact on the historic structure.

The practice encouraged the client to invest in an authoritative guide to the property, incorporating archaeological research which had been used to inform the works.
