Conversion of a Grade I Listed 18th Century dock building into 52 apartments.

Clarence forms part of Royal William Yard, Plymouth, which was designed to supply all the victualling needs of the navy ships at the time. The Yard was designed by Sir John Rennie and constructed between 1825 and 1831, and contains what is probably the most important group of historic military buildings in Britain. Clarence was built as a general store.
