FMA has sensitively managed a series of conservation and development plans for the Grade I Listed Prior Park College since 1986. The estate lies in the Bath World Heritage Site, the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Bath Conservation Area and the Green Belt. Projects include:

Restoration of the mansion following fire (1991-5); disposal of the landscape garden to the National Trust (1994); boarding accommodation (1988); design technology centre (1990): new all weather pitch (1992): new theatre centre (1994); repair of the Old Gymnasium (1995); new daygirl house (1998); science labs & 4 new classrooms (2002); refurbishment of the swimming pool (2004); dance studio (2006); Junior House (2009).
