Grant funded repair works to a Grade II Listed church including re-slating, leadwork, high level stone repairs, rainwater good repairs and improvements to access for future maintenance.

St Pauls Church Clifton was added to the Heritage at Risk Register in 2012 on account of the poor condition of its roof. Ferguson Mann prepared the relevant reports and audits required and assisted the PCC in the submission of a successful application for grant funding under the English Heritage Listed Places of Worship scheme.

Initially investigative works were carried out to establish the scope of works required and then drawings were developed for English Heritage approval prior to the 2014 works.
