The church of SS Phillip & Jacob, Bristol, with fabric dating back to the thirteen century, is Grade II* Listed. It was declared redundant in the 1980s and was reborn in the 1990s with the contemporary church inheriting a much dilapidated building fabric.

FMA has undertaken repairs to the west elevation and the tower, grant aided by English Heritage and the HLF. We are currently assisting the church to plan a major phase of grant aided roof repairs. In 2013 we prepared a church development plan that enables the building to accommodate a flexible range of ‘whole life activities’. The first phase involving removal of pews, raising the floor and improving the heating of the Nave has been submitted for faculty approval.
