Regeneration and extension of a former Royal Mail sorting office into a mixed use development of retail, office and residential accommodation.

The Depot is set within a new ‘Creative Quarter’ next to Bristol Temple Meads train station and comprises 14,000m2 of commercial/retail space and 107 apartments.

The proposals are based on transforming the existing building and retaining the industrial feel of the main spaces. The aim is to encourage small to medium sized creative businesses that will contribute to forming a vibrant sustainable urban community.
