The regeneration of the former Elizabeth Shaw Chocolate Factory in Easton, Bristol, with a mixed use of 7000m2 of work and retail space, 208 apartments, 44 houses, community space, bar, café and hotel.

The scheme is designed to be an exemplar of sustainable development; socially – providing a hub for the community, economically – generating employment for up to 350 people, and environmentally – housing designed to achieve Code For Sustainable Homes Level 4 and 5, Eco-Homes “excellent” and offices to Breeam “excellent”.

The scheme delivers many of the ‘One Planet Living’ principles with car club, recycling centre, on site
