A new seven storey residential development of 22 apartments with ground floor commercial space, situated next to the Floating Harbour in Redcliffe.

This development for Westmark forms part of a larger mixed-use scheme set along the Floating Harbour in Bristol’s city centre.

Located opposite the Listed former Tramway Electricity Generator Building, the design needed to respond to a sensitive context that also included a retained brick fa├žade (forming part of the adjacent office development), the harbour wall and St Philip’s Bridge.
