Set partly within a conservation area, this scheme for 12 new dwellings is located on a prominent site and replaces a number disused buildings that have now been demolished. Constructed in brick and vertical clay tiles, the intention is to reflect the scale and material pallet of the adjacent buildings whilst at the same time using contemporary forms and details.

The apartment building discretely accommodates parking on the ground floor, set behind a single apartment and the building entrances. Above, the remaining apartments are arranged in an ā€˜Lā€™ to continue the street frontage and take advantage of the views across the city. A small road to the west
