The restoration and conversion of the modernist Grade II Listed 1970s Imperial Tobacco Company headquarters building. Set in its own 10 acre park, the project creates 422 contemporary open plan apartments constructed over two phases. Phase 1, now complete, delivers 270 apartments within the existing building – Imperial House.

The once derelict Cor-ten framed building now provides seven levels of accommodation organised around a newly inserted atria space cut through the heart of the former office building. A second new linear building, Phase 2, is positioned perpendicular to Imperial House providing a further four levels of apartments over undercroft car parking.
