Phase three of the Millbay Regeneration Project for English Cities Fund comprises 48 new dwellings, 14 houses and 34 apartments, and ground floor commercial space adjacent to the waterfront.

The scheme sits at the heart of Millbay, on a site that needs to address a number of important frontages as well as exploiting the stunning views to the south and west.

Consequently a clear hierarchy is established by a series of buildings that defines the site perimeter with houses to the north and west (at the upper level) and an apartment building to the west (at the lower level).
